This is an extremely sepia plot with a Talayotic contraction of more than 3000 years. With an elevation that allows full views to Randa as well as the Tramontana Mountains.

We perceive many impressions from the outside and buildings convey sensations and emotions to us, constantly, we spend 90% of our time in built spaces.

We present a sensory analysis based on neuroarchitecture, for which we have created the following cartographies

sensory that show us where the smell travels, how is the touch, what are the views to nature, what kind of sounds are in the place, or what tells you the way you walk.

We help you to better understand this home through the graphic representation of the senses.

Geobiology

When you spend a lot of time in a space with intense radiation, natural or artificial, your health can be compromised.

Geobiology studies the environmental factors, natural and artificial, that can affect the health and well-being of people and their environment.

We have carried out an exhaustive study on the parameters of biohabitability of housing: natural radiation from the earth such as natural radioactivity or geophysical disturbances (water currents, fissures,...), or artificial radiation (fields,...),

electromagnetic fields or artificial radioactivity derived from construction materials).

The purpose of this study is to search for the most suitable sites, defined as the most favorable spaces for life, locating there the areas of maximum permanence.

Here are the plans of the house representing this study, and where you can find these alterations, in order to locate the spaces of more use and rest in the most favorable points for our health.

Neuroarchitecture Technical Report

We have studied the building according to neuroscience and space research. Relating the results of these analyses with the house, thus understanding the benefits that this particular building has for our well-being.
