December 03.  Program: 10:00 - 14:00 - Shamanic drum journey and Rebirthing breath work 

An Event with shamanic sound healing and rebirthing breath work . Hosted by Ingeborg and Dra Harpreet.

It will contain shamanic drum journey, healing, rebirth breath work and deep meditation with sound frequencies. 

We use voice, drum and different instruments to create a sound picture. It will take you into a deep state of meditation. 

Sound and breath are powerful tools to heal. Conscious, connected and rhythmic breath makes us enter altered states og consciousness. Our breath opens portals between our conscious mind and subconscious mind and our body. 

Everything we have experienced in life is stored in our cellular memory. Trauma and emotional pain are stored in our body, creating pathways of behaviors. We will create a safe space for you to release and let go of what no longer serves you, so that you can be free from unresolved emotions and help you to reprogram your nervous system. Many times people are surprised by the great effect of this kind of healing. It’s scientific proven that sound heals our cells.
