Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic approach that brings to light the hidden dynamics and subconscious patterns we inherit from our family system, often without even realizing it. These patterns can deeply shape our relationships, decisions, and even our physical and emotional health.
By setting up a constellation, what is internal becomes external.
