ELEMENTAL EMBODIMENT IMMERSION

TRAINING DESCRIPTION

A fuse of elemental yoga vinyasa flow, energetic alignment, dynamic meditations and somatics.

This training brings the connection between you and the 5 main elements that forms the universe; earth, water, fire, ether and air.

Learn how each element work with a specific group of muscles, chakra qualities, energy frequency and emotions.

From an asana and movement perspective, explores the spiral patterns of nature, circular, intuitive and expressive movement, it allow us to move around all four corners of the mat in 360º degrees.

An opportunity to learn how to master the art of sequencing and create your own intelligent and intuitive yoga flows.

A creative and explorative immersion filed with inspiration, creative self-expression, yogic practices, somatics techniques and intuitive learning and teaching.

WHO IS THIS FOR

• Yoga teachers who wish to better understand the wisdom of the elements, energetics, somatics and creative sequencing as a way to support their students and self-practice.
• Dedicated yoga students which will like to depend their yoga practice and learn news way to self-regulate energetically, emotionally and express authentically.
• Anyone who wish to create and bring more alignment, harmony, self-expression and creativity in it's life.

DAILY SCHEDULE 

- Meditation, chanting and/or pranayama 7:30 - 8:00 am

- Elemental Embodiment: Yoga flow practice 8:00 - 9:30 am

- Breakfast 10:00 - 11:30 am

- Morning Lecture 11:30 - 13:00 h

- Asana Lab 13:00 - 14:30pm 

- Lunch 14:30 - 15:30 h

- Afternoon Masterclass 15:30 - 17:00 h

- Elemental Embodiment: Yoga practice 17:30 - 19:00 h

TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS

• CE Course - Yoga Alliance will be able to credit 25hrs of continuing education after completing this course

REQUIEREMENTS

• All yoga teachers are welcome - Please note that you must be registered with YA before the completion of this course in order to receive CE credits for the training but you do not need to be registered to join the training.
• All yoga participants are welcome but should have a regular practice in hatha or vinyasa yoga or similar.
