Many imprisoned women in Mexico cannot access legal defense.
For many, their imprisonment is not justified, yet they lack the means for adequate legal support.
Currently, we only have one lawyer fighting against unjust imprisonment, and we urgently need to expand our legal team to help more women return to their families and children.

Sadhana Works is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
