ABOUT HANSU JOT

Through the practise of his mother he very early came in touch with the values and various practises of Buddhism and the Chanting of Mantra and later decided as a young adult to dive into the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Naad Yoga (Yoga of Divine Sound) to study its deep and healing impact on the human body, psyche and emotions.

Having finished the Kundalini Yoga teacher training in 2012 Hansu Jot is now traveling and touring the world to teach Kundalini Yoga workshops and share the Sacred Sound through Naad Yoga and Sacred Chant Concert events. Hansu Jot is part of Kundalini Yoga teacher and Sacred Sound training teams in Europe, in the US and in China and is co-founder of the “ASHA - Awakening of the Self-sensory Human Avatar” international trainings.

He has published three Sacred Chant albums with the band Tera Naam and his first solo album: ”To The Stars And Back” in December 2017

his second album “ I AM I AM - The movement in June 2019, a collaborative album project “Unto Infinity” in January 2020, and the Single projects: “Blue Ether”, “Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur” and “Bahuta Karam”.

Since 2016 Hansu Jot is integrating the Art of Meditative Healing a KRI approved Healing Method into his teachings and personal consultations.

ABOUT JUGAT GURU

He was born and raised with this beautiful science of Kundalini Yoga. He studied directly with Yogi Bhajan and was certified to teach in the first ever training given in KY at 17years old.

Has been a lead trainer in levels 1 and 2 for KY for 25 years, and he directed an international school in INDIA where these teachings were foundational for those years. He was mentored since the age of 15 by the master healer Gurudev Singh in the art of silence and healing with KY and sound vibration, and spent over 30 years of his life in INDIA with several great teachers learning the science of sound, mantra and projection applied to Yoga.

He is passionate about being true to the source of these teachings and delivering them straight and pure, as originally given.

Now he teaches around the world and this is his first Kundalini Yoga immersion training co created and developed with Sadhana works.

ABOUT DR. HARPREET KAUR

Harpreet has a Ph.D. in Philology and  two Master's Degrees in Psychotherapy.

She was introduced to Kundalini Yoga at the age of 6 when her mother became one of the first woman teachers in Mexico. Dra. Harpreet learned directly from Yogi Bhajan and from her teacher Master GuruDev Singh.

She is instructor in Trascendental Meditation trains directly by Deepak Chopra at the age of 22.

She works as a Healer, Cranosacral Therapiest and Family Constellations facilitator.

Founder of Sadhana Works, a conscious lifestyle company in Mallorca. This brand is dedicated to personal transformation in favor of collective wellbeing. She teaches daily Kundalini Yoga Classes and works as a healer with Craniosacral Therapy and Family Constellations.

Being a mother of three, she affirms that her only purpose in life is to give others the same tools that benefit her in such a positive way. She helps people to live better through her Transformative Method called: Inner Reset®.
