Japa description:

 

We will sit together and recite 11,000 repetitions of the Mul Mantra in sampad style over 48 hours.

The requirement will be for 24 focused hours of recitation within the 48 hour period.

• On the day of arrival we will meet together in the evening (registration from 4pm)  to prepare for the practice together with some Kundalini Yoga and the instructions for the days to follow as well as our opening ceremony.
• The following morning at 4am we will open with Kundalini Kriyas to prepare us, then Japji Sahib recitation to start the 48 hour recitation period. 
• During this time we are on silence except at the meals.
• To conclude the 48 hour recitation window we will recite Japji Sahib again followed by some balancing Kundalini Yoga Kriyas.
• We will have a beautiful closing ceremony and meal together before we leave the retreat.

Effects:  We will use a very special and ancient traditional technology and format for this amazing practice.

ABOUT JUGAT GURU SINGH

He was born and raised with this beautiful science of Kundalini Yoga. He studied directly with Yogi Bhajan and was certified to teach in the first ever training given in KY at 17years old.

Has been a lead trainer in levels 1 and 2 for KY for 25 years, and he directed an international school in INDIA where these teachings were foundational for those years. He was mentored since the age of 15 by the master healer Gurudev Singh in the art of silence and healing with KY and sound vibration, and spent over 30 years of his life in INDIA with several great teachers learning the science of sound, mantra and projection applied to Yoga.

He is passionate about being true to the source of these teachings and delivering them straight and pure, as originally given.

Now he teaches around the world.
