Japa description:

We will sit together and recite 11,000 repetitions of the Mul Mantra in sampad style over 48 hours.

The requirement will be for 24 focused hours of recitation within the 48 hour period.

• On the day of arrival we will meet together in the evening (registration from 4pm)  to prepare for the practice together with some Kundalini Yoga and the instructions for the days to follow as well as our opening ceremony.
