LIBERATION PROGRAM with Silvia Devi

The planning is 4 MASTER CLASSES of 3 hours each planned as follows:

•  Introduction to the subject (40 mins)
• Yoga Nidra lo leave the world and change our mind and capacities (45 mins)
• Pranayama to drive and awake our energy (30 mins)
• Hatha Yoga Asana  (90 mins)
• Shavasana & Chanting farewell 

1. AWAKENING PRACTICE

The first practice is the test of what we are going to work on in the others as well.

It is to bring you to that place where there is no more limitation. Where the limits that we brought with us we brought.

2. GRATITUDE PRACTICE 

The second workshop we are going to see how through gratitude we can bring down all the kleshas we bring down all the kleshas.

3. REBIRTH PRACTICE

The third workshop is already familiar ground, we already know where we are going. We are already integrating what we have worked on and that which is already integrated becomes our DNA. We will work on the idea of the being that we are developing through Tapas" the fire of practice.

4. LIBERATION PRACTICE

Only we can liberate ourselves. Neither the environment, nor anyone else. 

To understand is to look at life in a different way and then we understand that everything else makes sense. everything else makes sense. 

That our Sadhana is that person whom I was asking to change. That the fire of my agni is my best friend. And to control my prana is to order the world I inhabit.
