This year make your inner peace a priority.  Is not about trying to change the world as much as becoming the change you want to see in the world. It is time for Peace and Peace must start within. This is a program to develop inner peace and become the peace that is so necessary in the world.

Doctor in Philology, Psychotherapist, Cranosacral Therapist, Family Constellation Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Representative in Spain of the Deepak Chopra Foundation, Founder of Sadhana Works.

Together they want to bring you an unforgettable program to build in you the peace that we long to see in the world.

You do not need to have previous experience in yoga or meditation.
