TRAINING DESCRIPTION

A fuse of elemental yoga vinyasa flow, energetic alignment, dynamic meditations and somatics.

This training brings the connection between you and the 5 main elements that forms the universe; earth, water, fire, ether and air.

Learn how each element work with a specific group of muscles, chakra qualities, energy frequency and emotions.

From an asana and movement perspective, explores the spiral patterns of nature, circular, intuitive and expressive movement, it allow us to move around all four corners of the mat in 360º degrees.
