BHAVANA WRITING WORKSHOP

This workshop is a combination of written meditation and a kundalini yoga guided meditation.

During the written portion, you will be working with your capacity to create and project  - which is your individual form of power of Infinite Consciousness. 

Visiting teacher, Harpreet Kaur will be sharing how to write a Bhavana - a tool used to put yourself emotionally and energetically into a state in which you already possess what you desire. 

The workshop will conclude with a meditation designed to anchor trust in yourself and trust in your vision so that what you desire manifests as a co-creation with the Divine Universe.
