The Autumn Equinox marks the sacred moment when day and night stand in perfect equilibrium—a powerful reminder that life flourishes through the harmony of light and shadow, action and rest, giving and receiving.
Join Gaëlle Faure for a nourishing three-hour Women's Circle dedicated to honouring Inner Autumn—the season of harvest, truth and the awakening of the Wise Woman within.
Through movement, breath, ritual and deep reflection, we will pause to acknowledge all that has grown, celebrate what has been harvested and gently release what no longer belongs in the season ahead.
