AcroYoga & Vinyasa Yoga

A morning to fly and flow 

A beautiful Sunday morning to find yourself. We begin with a Vinyasa Yoga practice that  awakens the body and calms the mind, then move into connection and trust games in pairs, until  we fly together with AcroYoga, amid laughter, balance, trust, and breathing as a team. Come solo  or with a partner, no experience needed. 

What is AcroYoga? A discipline that fuses three worlds: Yoga (presence, awareness, breath),  Acrobatics (play, strength, balance), and Thai massage (listening, relaxation, mutual care).  Practiced as a team, based on technique, breath, and mutual trust, more than physical strength. 

Includes: practice equipment provided (own mat optional), tea and nuts/fruit afterward.
