Under the guidance of Priestess Alessandra Di Gesú, we will embark on a journey through the tradition of the Ancient Mediterranean Mysteries and discover the traces left by the ancient civilizations that populated the island. From the Cathedral of Mallorca to the ancient sanctuary city of Son Fornés, we will immerse ourselves in a magical world of symbols, myths, ritual ceremonies, and sacred places.

Mallorca is also beauty, pleasure, and awakening of the senses!

We will nourish our spirit and body with kundalini yoga sessions, meditation, and gong baths guided by Master Mariana Harpreet. We will dance 432Hz tuned ecstatic dance music by international artist Luyo. We will also enjoy lunches and dinners where we will savor the delicious and intense flavors of local cuisine.

10:00 Visit to the talayotic sanctuary of Son Fornes. Discovering the traces of the ancient Talayotic civilization and its secrets. An experiential visit with active meditation to connect with the powerful energies of the place guided by Alessandra Di Gesú.

15:00 Return to Palma

ABOUT MARIANA-HARPREET:

Mariana has a PhD in Philology and two Masters in Psychotherapy.

She was introduced to Kundalini Yoga at the age of 6 when her mother became one of the first teachers in Mexico. Mariana learned directly from Yogi Bhajan and his teacher Master Guru Dev Singh.

She is an instructor in Transcendental Meditation trained directly by Deepak Chopra at the age of 22. She works as a Healer, Craniosacral Therapist and Family Constellation facilitator. Founder of Sadhana Works, a conscious lifestyle company in Mallorca. This brand is dedicated to personal transformation in favor of collective well-being. She teaches daily Kundalini Yoga classes and works as a healer with Craniosacral Therapy and Family Constellations.

A mother of three, she states that her sole purpose in life is to give others the same tools that benefit her in such a positive way. She helps people to live better through her Transformational Method called: Inner Reset®.
